Description

You will manage daily operations for delegated dental and vision vendor contracts, triage member and provider issues, support cost-saving initiatives, and collaborate on internal process improvements. You'll serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external partners, ensuring providers have the support they need to deliver excellent care.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting
• 2+ years cross-functional stakeholder management
• 2+ years end-to-end project management
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years financial analysis and experience with large data sets preferred

Responsibilities

• Be internal expert on program operations, providing consultation and partnership for strategic initiatives and cost containment
• Implement contracting strategies aligning with network adequacy and cost management objectives
• Use data and competitor analytics to inform negotiation decisions
• Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Support implementation of policies and workflows, and improve processes
