๐ผ About This Role
You'll join the Revenue Operations team, supporting end-to-end revenue processes across Sales, Client Success, Finance, Legal, and Product. You'll act as an operational partner to commercial teams, ensuring deals are structured correctly and systems are used effectively. This role plays a key part in enabling ClearBank's commercial growth as the #14 fastest-growing tech company in the UK.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end revenue processes for new business, expansions, renewals, and changes.
- Act as operational partner to Sales and Client Success on deal structuring and approvals.
- Manage opportunities, quotes, and contracts in Salesforce and CPQ.
- Produce operational reporting and insights as needed.
๐ Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Deal Desk.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and commercial systems.
- Experience supporting commercial processes, approvals, and governance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Experience in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or regulated environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
