You will lead the People Operations team to ensure core people systems and employee lifecycle processes run consistently for a global workforce of 500+ employees. This role focuses on operational excellence, employee relations, and transitioning to an AI-first operating model.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations or leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Operations team
• Ensure consistent execution of People Ops programs across recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
• Provide HR business partner support and guidance on team structure, performance management, and workforce planning
• Navigate employee relations issues, investigations, and partner with Legal on sensitive matters
• Manage HRIS (Paylocity), payroll coordination, and operationalize AI-driven tools
