Description

You will manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement or trial, while maintaining proactive client communication and serving as lead counsel in jury trials.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in active good standing with state bar
• Trial advocacy or moot court experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Located in the state where job is posted

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 150 cases with 50 actively in litigation each month
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, lead mediations
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials
• Maintain transparent client communication
