Description

You will manage the overall sales and profitability of an office location, overseeing operations including team member support, merchandising, inventory, and training. You will execute the Total Patient Experience to drive revenue and profitability, and act as a liaison between the doctor and office team.

Requirements

• State Optician’s License where required
• Experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute overall sales and profitability through Total Patient Experience
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with associated doctors
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and develop team members
• Coach KPI scorecard results
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and safety
