Description

You will manage the end-to-end artwork development process for packaging and labeling, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of compliant artwork. This role combines hands-on execution with team supervision and process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in artwork or labeling management, preferably in regulated industry
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Knowledge of regulatory, legal, and corporate labeling standards
• Proficiency with artwork management systems (e.g., Veraciti)
• Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end artwork development from brief to final release
• Liaise with PMO, Regulatory, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and vendors
• Validate briefs for accuracy and resolve cross-functional discrepancies
• Oversee timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking for multiple projects
• Drive process improvements for artwork development and approval workflows
