You'll serve as the lead for coordinating VIP visits, conferences, and ceremonies at NATO Allied Command Transformation. You'll ensure diplomatic protocols and schedules run smoothly for high-level events. This role offers the chance to work in an international military environment with direct interaction with senior officials.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as focal liaison point with Local Authorities
• Plan and execute conferences, exercises, and VIP visits
• Manage VIP database and create schedules of events
• Coordinate National Day Flag Raising Ceremonies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in an international military or governmental agency protocol environment
• Experience on major joint or international military staff planning high-level events
• Familiarity with NATO Protocol standards
• Experience managing complex schedules

✨ Nice to Have

• NATO Protocol Course Certificate
• Foreign language proficiency, particularly French
• Previous experience with Flag/General Officers
