💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership by providing an amazing customer experience and training new recruits at BoxLunch. You'll also support daily operations and help meet sales targets while contributing to our mission of eliminating hunger.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
