💼 About This Role

You'll own the build flow that brings every subsystem together into a flight-ready reentry capsule. You'll scale manufacturing from bespoke vehicles to consistent, concurrent builds, driving incremental improvement for every vehicle produced. This role spans structural, avionics, propulsion, and TPS assembly sequences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical direction to improve build processes and scale vehicle cadence
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve production challenges
• Refine floor layouts, capacity models, and product flow analysis
• Develop and implement standardized processes for vehicle integration

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering
• 1-4+ years of manufacturing experience
• Proven experience on complex technical programs, preferably aerospace
• Hands-on experience building complex vehicles

• Knowledge of aerospace vehicle systems
• Experience transitioning assemblies from development to production
• Experience with tooling design using 3D CAD software
