You'll operate at the intersection of engineering and customer success, helping enterprise clients adopt DevSecOps and AI-enabled platforms in regulated environments. You'll design deployment architectures, build reusable assets, and guide teams through CI/CD, security, and compliance transformations. This role combines deep hands-on engineering with high-impact customer-facing problem solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers.
• Design and lead solution architecture for CI/CD, security, and AI workflows.
• Build proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and reusable technical accelerators.
• Support strategic customer engagements and architecture sessions.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or solutions architecture in customer-facing roles.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production systems experience (Ruby on Rails or Go is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, YAML pipelines, runners, and APIs.
• Understanding of enterprise deployment challenges including security, scalability, and observability.
