🎯 What You'll Do

• Support full recruitment process from sourcing to offer support
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems
