💼 About This Role

You'll own the project plan for two critical bets in the CEO Office: Personalization and AI Core. You'll run the integration between Product Design, Data Engineering, and Data Science to ship features on schedule. This role ensures cross-functional teams move fast without getting stuck.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Personalization project plan end-to-end: timelines, milestones, dependencies.
• Run integration between Product Design, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
• Drive tuning and optimization cycle for personalization models: coordinate A/B tests.
• Drive AI Core's data readiness: define, track, and close data quality gaps.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of project/program/technical product management experience
• Ran a complex cross-functional project involving at least two technical disciplines
• Data fluency to discuss pipeline design and model readiness with engineers and scientists
• Worked on personalization, recommendation, or ML-powered product initiatives

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing frameworks or contextual bandits
• Familiarity with mobile gaming or music-tech products
• Management of vendor/partner relationships for ML or data platform services
