💼 About This Role

You'll establish and lead EHS programs at a new manufacturing facility opening in 2027, creating a zero-injury safety culture from day one. You'll partner with Operations and Quality to ensure regulatory compliance and proactive risk management. This role offers the chance to build safety systems from the ground up at a Certified B Corporation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement site-wide EHS programs aligned with standards and regulations
• Serve as subject matter expert for OSHA, EPA, and environmental compliance
• Lead risk assessments, audits, inspections, and corrective actions
• Develop safety training programs and lead incident investigations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of EHS leadership experience in manufacturing or food production
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state OSHA regulations
• Ability to influence without authority and coach leaders at all levels
