You'll oversee phlebotomy operations at a patient service center, managing staff and maintaining specimen integrity. Your work ensures accurate testing for critical diagnostics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify test requisitions and resolve discrepancies
• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture and finger sticks
• Track and document collected specimens in system
• Manage PSC vendors and phlebotomy program

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy Certification (preferred but may be required per state)

• BS/BA degree
• Supervisory experience in phlebotomy
• Bilingual language skills
