🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases from concept to construction
• Maintain and update project planner weekly; discuss with studio leadership
• Issue and approve add services for additional scope in a timely manner
• Coordinate consultant team, including scope, fees, and contracts

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in architecture
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
• Thorough knowledge of building codes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
• Diverse commercial experience (industrial, office, retail)
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
