You'll lead and develop teams across multiple fitness studios in Southern California. You'll drive revenue, optimize schedules, and ensure operational excellence. This hybrid role blends onsite leadership with remote flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and monitor class schedules for multiple studios
• Own operational and financial performance across territory
• Develop local marketing initiatives to drive traffic
• Coach a minimum of 12 classes per month

📋 Requirements

• Multi-unit management experience (3-5 years preferred)
• People management in high-end fitness, retail, or hospitality (3-5 years preferred)
• Group fitness instruction or personal training experience (2 years preferred)
• Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets
