You'll design the retention and upsell infrastructure that drives customer lifetime value and revenue growth for millions across Africa. You'll own CRM strategy and execution end-to-end, building automated journeys in CleverTap/Braze and running experiments. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and scale multi-channel lifecycle programmes across 5 African markets
  • Design behavioural trigger-based upsell systems from entry to higher-value products
  • Run rigorous A/B tests on messaging, timing, incentives, and offers
  • Scale successful experiments into documented frameworks across markets

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years building and scaling CRM or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience in high-frequency engagement models like MVNO, super-app, mobile gaming, or subscription
  • Hands-on in CRM platforms such as Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, Customer.io, or Iterable
  • Track record of improving LTV, retention revenue, upsell rates, or renewal improvements

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience migrating CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp to Braze)
  • Background in fintech or B2C subscription businesses
  • Experience working in multiple African markets
