You'll lead a team of 20+ Shoppers in a fast-paced Fulfillment Center, ensuring smooth logistics operations and inspiring your team to achieve daily goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a daily team of 20+ Shoppers.
• Proactively control processes with other team leads and shift management.
• Ensure all purchases leave the FC on time, safely, and in best quality.
• Continuously improve logistics processes with the leadership team.

📋 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in team leadership or similar role in logistics.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and sometimes Saturdays on a full-time basis.

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or retail logistics.
• Strong coaching and development skills.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
