You'll own the full lifecycle of Lamudi's highest-potential agency partnerships, from sourcing and onboarding to ensuring performance. You'll translate growth targets into clear field plans and feed real market intelligence back into strategy. If you thrive in the field and love closing, this role was built for you.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and map high-potential agency groups and independent office clusters
• Build early-stage relationships and keep engagement warm across your prospect list
• Drive rollout of key account programs to grow revenue and active agent count
• Spend meaningful time in the field visiting branch offices and attending agency events

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in BD or account management
• Proven pipeline discipline managing leads through a structured funnel
• Comfortable in the field with multi-city travel and in-person meetings
• CRM fluency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Proptech or real estate background
• Experience on city expansion role
