💼 About This Role

You'll support the execution of the LATAM marketing strategy for Aircall's AI-powered communications platform, helping adapt global campaigns for local markets. You'll ensure operational excellence across initiatives in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support execution of LATAM marketing plans including campaigns and events.
• Review localized global campaigns for market relevance and accuracy.
• Assist with campaign operations, asset QA, and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project plans, and reporting processes.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• First-hand experience in Marketing or Events is a plus.
• Proactive team player with ability to handle multiple projects.
