💼 About This Role
You'll own the product-led growth strategy for a mobile-first AI business software company serving over 20,000 small businesses. You'll shape acquisition, activation, and retention to define US product-market fit.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and execute paid acquisition strategies, especially SEA
- Optimize onboarding and activation flows with product and engineering
- Lead experimentation across landing pages and conversion funnels
- Define growth KPIs and prioritize initiatives based on ROI
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years in growth or performance marketing in a PLG environment
- Experience in consumer or prosumer SaaS with similar ACVs
- Strong background in paid acquisition, especially search
- Comfortable working hands-on with engineers and designers
✨ Nice to Have
- Interest in AI-driven workflows and experimentation
- Experience with onboarding optimization and activation growth
- Speaking Spanish
