💼 About This Role

You'll lead ElevenLabs' expansion into the Middle East, owning the zero-to-one growth strategy for B2B SaaS and AI products. You'll drive aggressive lead generation and brand awareness through outbound, events, and localized messaging. This role offers the chance to build a regional growth engine from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own regional growth strategy and outcomes
• Execute multi-language outbound sequences and local events
• Collaborate on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting
• Monitor campaign performance and produce executive reporting

📋 Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English
• 5+ years of Growth experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML in the Middle East
• Entrepreneurial background with ownership of projects from start to finish
• Jack of all trades across data analysis, campaign planning, and event organizing
