💼 About This Role

You'll lead a varsity track and field team, coaching athletes to a competitive record while ensuring academic success for all players. You'll also organize offseason training and in-season tutoring, following MHSAA policies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and support your team throughout the entire season
• Recruit a full team by the first day of the season
• Coach your team to a winning record and postseason success
• Ensure all players are academically eligible and successful

📋 Requirements

• Previous coaching experience
• Knowledge of high-quality coaching tactics and practice drills
• Knowledge of MHSAA & LSD rules and policies
• CPR Certification and first aid training

• Valid Michigan Teacher Certificate
• Successful NCAA athletic career
