Description

You will build data foundations that prove customer value at scale, combining data engineering, analytics, and customer outcome measurement. You'll partner with sales and customer success teams to automate insights that drive outcome realization using one of the richest B2B datasets in the world.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• Highly skilled in SQL with Snowflake and query optimization
• Proficient with dbt for transformation, modeling, and testing
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Sisense)
• Familiar with CI/CD, version control (Git), and testing frameworks

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and CS teams to build ROI models and create compelling value stories
• Design and implement dbt models transforming raw Gong data into analytics-ready tables
• Work with product, engineering, and analytics teams to align data architecture with business goals
• Implement automated tests, monitoring dashboards, and data quality frameworks
• Create self-service data marts and automated insight delivery systems
