You'll lead electrical system installations and troubleshoot complex failures for Base's distributed battery network in the DFW area. Your hands-on expertise ensures quality and compliance on every job site.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and battery system failures
• Perform rework to ensure installs pass inspection
• Meet inspectors and resolve issues on-site in real time
• Onboard and provide hands-on training for new installation crews

📋 Requirements

• Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license
• 4+ years of relevant electrical work with battery backups, EV chargers, or generators
• Ability to explain technical concepts to crews and inspectors
