Description

You will lead the Identity and Security Product Management team at MongoDB, defining and executing product strategy for IAM and security features across the MongoDB Atlas Platform and Core Database. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the roadmap, ensure industry-leading security, and maintain customer trust.

Requirements

• 7+ years managing teams
• 10+ years of Product and/or Engineering Security experience with enterprise technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences
• Experience with IT security and risk management
• Strong technical acumen with cloud-native products and microservice architectures

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity Security PM team delivering IAM, Queryable Encryption, and customer-facing security features
• Drive regulated platform security and compliance requirements into MongoDB products
• Drive collaboration across Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership
• Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date roadmap across ownership areas
• Define security go-to-market strategies and identify market/competitive trends
