Description

You will lead HEOR/RWE strategy and evidence generation for Revolution Medicines' oncology pipeline, particularly in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), collaborating cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to demonstrate product value and inform healthcare decisions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, or related fields
• 10+ years relevant experience with MD, PhD, or PharmD
• Track record of high-impact HEOR/RWE publications
• Knowledge of managed care, formulary decision-making, and access models
• Experience in oncology HEOR and RWE

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver HEOR/RWE evidence aligned with medical strategy and Integrated Evidence Plan.
• Lead HEOR/RWE activities across matrix teams and working groups.
• Communicate value proposition to payers, HTA agencies, and healthcare professionals.
• Engage external partners for real-world research and evidence generation.
• Monitor health policy and payer trends to inform evidence strategy.
