💼 About This Role
You'll lead net new revenue growth for a Legal AI platform serving mid-market and enterprise customers. Your core impact is building and coaching a high-performing sales team while driving sales process optimization and pipeline management. You'll partner across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to execute a strategy that achieves aggressive revenue targets.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute net new revenue growth strategy for mid-market and enterprise.
- Build, lead, and coach a team of Account Executives.
- Establish sales processes, methodologies, and enablement programs.
- Conduct pipeline reviews and oversee deal progression to meet targets.
- Partner with Marketing to align lead generation with sales priorities.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership in SaaS targeting mid-market/enterprise.
- Track record of exceeding net new revenue growth targets.
- Experience building and coaching high-performing sales teams.
- Data-driven mindset using metrics to optimize performance.

- Knowledge of sales performance optimization and enablement best practices.
