Description

You will define, develop, and execute processes to deliver high-quality missile programs at Anduril Industries, collaborating with design teams to meet quality requirements and evaluate product health performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality on missile or high-velocity vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of design review and quality management of missile systems including PCBA, avionics, and propulsion.
• Experience with product development methodologies such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and GD&T.
• Strong ownership mindset and analytical skills for data mining and metrics generation.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development and production for missile programs using quality planning, inspection, test performance management, and process validation.
• Own elimination of product risk and improve reliability across the product lifecycle.
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), Material Review Board (MRB) activities, and inspection process performance.
• Establish metrics for measuring quality and predictive factors, supporting continuous improvement of QMS.
• Lead product health data analysis and improvement activities, and develop quality plans for missile projects.
