๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead and scale Nitro's APAC sales teams, driving new business and expansion across the region. You'll oversee 7 salespeople and a BDR, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver predictable revenue growth. This role reports to the VP of Sales and offers hybrid work in Melbourne.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and scale APAC sales teams across acquisition and renewals.
- Build and maintain data-driven sales motions across the region.
- Coach account executives to exceed targets through mentoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel, Marketing, and Product.
๐ Requirements
- 7โ10 years of progressive sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and exceeding multimillion dollar revenue targets.
- Strong command of sales process design, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with complex deal cycles and C-level negotiations.
