You'll lead and scale Nitro's APAC sales teams, driving new business and expansion across the region. You'll oversee 7 salespeople and a BDR, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver predictable revenue growth. This role reports to the VP of Sales and offers hybrid work in Melbourne.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale APAC sales teams across acquisition and renewals.
  • Build and maintain data-driven sales motions across the region.
  • Coach account executives to exceed targets through mentoring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel, Marketing, and Product.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7โ€“10 years of progressive sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and exceeding multimillion dollar revenue targets.
  • Strong command of sales process design, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with complex deal cycles and C-level negotiations.
