💼 About This Role

You'll design and optimize a cohesive monetization strategy for a leader in AI code review and verification. Your work will drive revenue growth across B2B, B2C, and PLG channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape packaging and pricing frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop pricing frameworks for B2B, B2C, Partnership, and PLG motions
• Define feature gatekeeping and bundle structures to drive upsell
• Conduct value research to understand customer willingness to pay
• Lead A/B tests on price points and promotional offers

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing or revenue operations in SaaS
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills
• Understanding of behavioral economics (anchoring, framing, loss aversion)
• Experience with global market penetration optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau/Looker
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and GAAP
• Practical experience using AI tools in pricing
