💼 About This Role

You'll architect and evolve the foundational platform for Filevine's engineering organization, designing scalable infrastructure and automation. You'll partner with ML teams to operate modern ML/AI pipelines and strengthen our MLOps layer. This role is about architecting systems and eliminating unnecessary toil to make it safer for every engineer to ship great software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of critical platform features from design to operation
• Design scalable, resilient systems supporting engineering growth
• Build and maintain infrastructure and automation for smooth operations
• Partner with ML teams to run state-of-the-art ML infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating software systems from inception to release
• Experience leading complex cross-team engineering efforts and designing scalable platform services
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and automation
• Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure
