Description

You will lead the launch of our new New York City pharmacy, from site selection and licensing to building operations and patient care. This is a founding role with significant autonomy to shape a pharmacy that serves underserved communities.

Requirements

• Supervising Pharmacist license in NY
• Experience in pharmacy launch or new market entry
• Knowledge of NY State pharmacy regulations
• Ability to commute to Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan
• Entrepreneurial mindset with patient care focus

Responsibilities

• Lead site selection and pharmacy buildout
• Manage NY State pharmacy licensing and permits
• Establish vendor relationships and SOPs
• Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy team
• Oversee daily operations and compliance
