🎯 What You'll Do

• Design best-in-class mobile-first experiences for Medicare Advantage shoppers.
• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma using design systems.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers.
• Make evidence-based design decisions using research and data analytics.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in product or UX design with a strong mobile-first portfolio.
• Advanced Figma skills including component libraries and prototyping.
• Agile team experience partnering with developers, researchers, and content designers.
• Research and analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
