🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and oversee train-the-trainer programs for vendor and partner instructors.
• Lead delivery of technical training for safety-critical operations.
• Implement training programs for autonomous vehicle on-road assistance.
• Manage qualifications, certifications, and enrollments in the LMS.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience managing complex technical training programs.
• Certification in effective training practice (ATD or similar).
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships for scalable training.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking.

• Experience in safety-critical technical training environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in transportation or automotive.
