You'll define and launch OpenAI's Executive Transformation Program, designing invitation-only executive build sessions that turn curiosity into practical AI workflows. You'll convert executive experiences into account motion, creating internal champions and shareable artifacts that drive adoption. You'll bring field learnings back to shape product and GTM strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and launch the Executive Transformation Program strategy and operating model
• Design invitation-only executive build sessions and cohorts for tangible workflow automation
• Convert executive experiences into account motion with clear follow-up paths
• Produce transformation artifacts like memos, how-to videos, and agent patterns
• Bring field signal back to Product, Solutions, and GTM teams

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in B2B technology across executive enablement or enterprise GTM
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs or teams
• Proven experience designing executive-facing workshops or transformation programs
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agent workflows
