You'll own full-cycle recruiting and people ops for a high-growth AI startup. You'll build sourcing pipelines, structured interview processes, and onboarding systems that scale. This role offers real ownership as the company's first dedicated people hire.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, GTM, and ops
- Build and manage sourcing pipeline via outbound, inbound, referrals
- Design structured interview processes with scorecards and calibration
- Own onboarding, offboarding, comp bands, and people policies
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Some experience at a high-growth startup
- Proven ability to build recruiting process from scratch
- Strong sourcing skills to find passive candidates

- Experience recruiting technical roles (engineers, PMs)
- Comfortable with people ops basics without dedicated HR team
