🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising changes
• Plan visual floor changes through payroll management
• Utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities with product placement

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift
