🎯 What You'll Do

• Design simple, intuitive flows and experiences with high craft standards
• Work with product managers to define problems and user outcomes
• Navigate ambiguous requirements to bring clarity and define new features
• Collaborate with development team throughout product lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise design experience
• Portfolio highlighting user-centered design solutions with measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience with user research and applying insights to designs
• Proficiency in Figma or similar prototyping tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working on publishing platforms
• Experience designing patterns and contributing to design systems
• Degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI or related field
