💼 About This Role

You'll support the Revenue Operations function by owning day-to-day system administration and operational reporting across Sales, CS, and GTM Tooling. This role sits at the intersection of systems administration, data analytics, and operational project management. You'll help reduce operational risk and improve system reliability as the GTM organization scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead system initiatives and automation programs
• Administer core GTM tooling and workflows
• Maintain dashboards and operational reporting
• Triage system issues and bugs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer success, sales, or revenue operations
• Strong analytical thinking and data reporting skills
• Structured project management approach
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
