• Lead platform team of senior backend and DevOps engineers
• Own platform and backend roadmap with Product & Mobile
• Scale infrastructure for millions of active users
• Manage career development and performance of team members

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and growing backend engineers
• Track record of building systems handling thousands of requests per second
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and relational databases

• Experience with event-driven or messaging-based systems
• Track record of improving developer experience (CI/CD, pipelines)
