💼 About This Role
You'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and partnerships, equipping partner GTM teams to drive pipeline and close deals. You'll take ownership of key workstreams while developing skills to grow into a broader strategic role. You'll work closely with senior Partnerships and Sales team members to make Plaid the go-to choice for every relevant opportunity in a partner's book of business.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Equip partner GTM teams with training, content, and sales assets
- Drive pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and co-selling support
- Serve as connective tissue between Plaid and partner ecosystem
- Surface partner insights and feedback to internal stakeholders
📋 Requirements
- 4 years of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, partnerships, or sales enablement
- Strong written communication skills to translate product concepts into sales narratives
- Organized and detail-oriented with CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions or enablement presentations
✨ Nice to Have
- Fintech or financial services experience
- Familiarity with open banking or financial data ecosystem
- Working knowledge of APIs
