You'll lead end-to-end IT service delivery for a global online travel company, owning SLAs and driving measurable improvements in user experience and cost efficiency. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage incident, problem, and change processes. This role is Bangkok-based with relocation provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and improve IT support service delivery against SLAs and KPIs
  • Lead operational governance with daily/weekly performance reviews
  • Manage Incident, Problem, and Change processes for quick restoration
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize demand and remove blockers

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT Service Delivery or IT Operations leadership
  • ITIL/ITSM practices expertise (Incident, Problem, Change, SLA)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, Active Directory, GSuite
  • Hands-on with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
