💼 About This Role

You'll design and optimize scalable processes for the Client Success team, driving operational excellence across the client lifecycle. You'll own high-impact projects from process redesign to tool implementation, leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows. This role sits within Commercial Operations, partnering closely with CS leadership to enable a consistent, high-quality client experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable CS workflows for renewals, QBRs, and escalations
• Drive operational leverage through automation and AI-enabled processes
• Own reporting dashboards for client health and performance insights
• Administer and optimize CS tools like Service Cloud and Highspot

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Client Success Operations or related role
• Experience administering and optimizing CRM or enablement platforms
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills
• Proven ability to build scalable processes in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Background working directly in Client Success or Account Management
• Hands-on experience as Salesforce Service Cloud administrator
• Exposure to building CS processes in a growing organization
