💼 About This Role

You'll build Nevoya's financial function from scratch as the first dedicated strategic finance hire. You'll own the financial narrative of the business, translating complex data into strategic insight for board-level decisions and investor confidence. This high-impact role is central to scaling an AI-native electric trucking company backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain the company's core financial model
• Own annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting
• Lead investor relations support and board materials
• Design KPI frameworks and operational dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or FP&A at a high-growth startup
• Deep expertise building three-statement financial models from scratch
• Experience designing KPI frameworks and management reporting
• Experience supporting fundraising processes (Series A and beyond)

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA from a top-tier program
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology
• Experience at a company that raised Series B or C
