Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Demonstrable experience supporting Senior Executives with a consultative approach
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, talent acquisition KPIs, and recruitment tools/platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously with high organization

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
  • Support hiring managers in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods
  • Analyze hiring metrics and prepare reports on recruiting KPIs
