Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Demonstrable experience supporting Senior Executives with a consultative approach
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, talent acquisition KPIs, and recruitment tools/platforms
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously with high organization
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
- Support hiring managers in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods
- Analyze hiring metrics and prepare reports on recruiting KPIs
