You'll own daily dispatch decisions and troubleshoot issues on the spot, keeping the network running smoothly. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign and coordinate loads across the California fleet for on-time delivery.
• Communicate with drivers in real time to manage schedules and troubleshoot.
• Liaise with brokers, shippers, and vendors to keep shipments flowing.
• Monitor Hours of Service compliance and plan EV charging proactively.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in freight, last-mile or high-velocity operations.
• Experience with proprietary dispatch platforms and live tracking systems.
• Ability to multi-thread multiple driver conversations and system updates simultaneously.
• Clear communication in English with drivers, brokers, and shippers.
