You'll own the architecture and evolution of ecommerce fulfillment systems at Backcountry, focusing on order management and warehouse management. You will drive AI-accelerated development to improve throughput and quality within a lean, high-impact team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive architecture, development, and production support for fulfillment systems
• Leverage AI toolsets to improve engineering delivery throughput and quality
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver scalable features
• Improve reliability monitoring, alerting, and incident response

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with ecommerce background
• Expertise with Java and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI toolsets for development acceleration
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with order management and warehouse management systems
• Experience with AWS or GCP
