💼 About This Role

You'll manage and resolve IRS and state tax matters for clients, acting as the primary liaison between clients and tax authorities. You'll handle tax notices, audits, penalty abatements, and compliance issues from intake through resolution. This role offers flexible scheduling and performance-based incentives in a supportive firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze IRS and state tax notices and prepare responses.
• Represent clients in correspondence and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Collect documentation and provide guidance on tax repayment strategies.
• Conduct technical research to develop compliant responses.

📋 Requirements

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant tax experience.
• Experience with IRS and state tax resolution strongly preferred.
