Description
As a Technical Account Manager for Okta's Workforce Identity Cloud and Customer Identity Solution, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for strategic Federal customers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical adoption, optimize solution performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, focusing on government compliance standards like FedRAMP.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with Public Sector (Federal) customers in a SaaS organization
- 2+ years as a Technical Account Manager or comparable role (e.g., Technical Consultant, Solution Architect)
- 2+ years in identity and access management (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management)
- 4+ years in IT, cloud platforms, or software industry
- Solid understanding of identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and enterprise integrations
Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with strategic customers as their go-to technical advisor
- Provide expert guidance on implementing and optimizing Workforce Identity and Customer Identity solutions
- Collaborate with customers to design identity strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention by recommending best practices and product features
- Resolve technical challenges by coordinating with internal teams
